Premidis Nigeria Limited has unveiled Hard Rockk, an alcoholic ready-to-drink (RTD) carbonated beverage, while showcasing its premium ginger-flavoured alcoholic beverage, Nkolo Mboka, as part of efforts to strengthen its presence in Nigeria’s competitive beverage market.
The unveiling, held in Lagos, brought together distributors, trade partners, business stakeholders, brand representatives and invited guests to celebrate the company’s expanding product portfolio and explore opportunities for strategic partnerships and market growth.
Speaking at the event, Country Manager of Premidis Nigeria Limited, Olawale Olarewaju, expressed appreciation to the guests and business partners, describing their participation as a demonstration of confidence in the company’s vision and growing portfolio.
Olarewaju said the event represented more than a product launch, noting that it marked an important step in the company’s ambition to introduce appealing beverage products to adult consumers while strengthening relationships with distributors and retailers nationwide.
He described Hard Rockk as a modern carbonated alcoholic RTD beverage designed for adult consumers seeking convenience, refreshment and an enjoyable drinking experience.
According to him, the brand’s long-term success would depend not only on product quality but also on the strength of its distribution network and the commitment of its commercial partners.
“Our distributors are our partners on the ground. They understand the different markets, consumers and opportunities across the country. Their commitment, reach and entrepreneurial spirit will be critical as we take Hard Rockk from this launch platform into markets across Nigeria,” he said.
Olarewaju encouraged distributors to view the new product as an opportunity to build a sustainable brand in partnership with the company, assuring them of Premidis Nigeria’s commitment to providing cooperation and market support to drive its growth.
He also emphasised the importance of responsible marketing and distribution, pledging that the company would encourage its partners to comply with applicable Nigerian laws and responsible-drinking principles.
Also speaking at the event, Nkolo Mboka Brand Ambassador, Prince White, expressed excitement about his association with the brand, describing the partnership as an opportunity to create a lasting connection with Nigerian consumers.
He said his role extended beyond representing a beverage, explaining that Nkolo Mboka Ginger Flavoured Wine embodies themes of celebration, heritage, relationships and shared experiences.
“This is not just about being the face of a product. It is about building a relationship with Nigerians and creating a partnership based on trust and shared values,” Prince White said.
He expressed confidence that his collaboration with Premidis Nigeria would help strengthen the brand’s identity, create memorable experiences for adult consumers and open new opportunities for business partnerships.
In his remarks, Chairman of Premidis Nigeria Limited, Gopinath Reddy, highlighted Nkolo Mboka’s African-inspired identity and its selection of herbal ingredients, positioning the product as a distinctive offering within the company’s beverage portfolio.
Reddy disclosed that Nkolo Mboka comes in four variants, providing consumers with a range of choices as the company seeks to expand the brand’s reach in Nigeria’s premium beverage segment.
He invited distributors, consumers and other trade partners to join the company in building the brand and exploring mutually beneficial commercial opportunities.
The event also provided a platform for participants to experience the products, strengthen existing business relationships and discuss prospects for expanding distribution across the country.
With the introduction of Hard Rockk and the continued promotion of Nkolo Mboka, Premidis Nigeria Limited is seeking to consolidate its position in a beverage market characterised by evolving consumer preferences and growing competition.
The company expressed optimism that collaboration with distributors, retailers and other stakeholders would support wider market penetration and sustainable brand development.
As it begins the next phase of its expansion drive, Premidis Nigeria reaffirmed its commitment to product quality, responsible marketing, strategic partnerships and the development of business opportunities across Nigeria’s beverage and distribution value chain.
