Owen Omogiafo holds a B.Sc. in Sociology & Anthropology from the University of Benin, and an M.Sc. in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
She is a certified Change Manager (Prosci Institute, USA) and member of various professional bodies (Chartered Institute for Personnel & Development UK, Institute of Directors Nigeria).
Career & Highlights:
Prior roles include: Consultant at Accenture (Organization & Human Performance), HR Advisor to the GMD/CEO at United Bank for Africa Plc (UBA), Director of Resources at Heirs Holdings.
She became President/Group CEO of Transcorp, a leading Nigerian conglomerate in power, hospitality and oil & gas.
Key Achievements:
Under her leadership, Transcorp’s Q1 2024 revenue grew ~173% YoY to N88.6 billion and PBT surged ~1,475% to N45.7 billion.
Recognized among Africa’s “Top 100 Women in Leadership” and listed by MIPAD as a global top 100 influencer.
